Land donated by Booth Family circa 1900s. The first alley, circa 1900s was a wooden alley built by local labour with wood from the site. Circa 1930s it was restored with concrete, In 1924 it was knocked down and again rebuilt by local labour and funded by the generosity of the people of the surrounding area.
Main Wall dates from 1930
Restoration works took place in 1930, 1970, 1991, and 2004.
Walls are cement block & plaster.
Floor is concrete
County finals were played in the 1960s with local winners Jimmy Byrne, John Barlow, Pat curley, Martin Byrne, Liam Hawkins, jack Curley, Liam Brady. On May 25th 2007, and again in 2008, One-Wall tournaments were played with great success.
