E. Timoney took these photos in June 2019, and with the help of R. Mc Sharry, C.Savage and H. Gamblein learned the following information: the alley is at the back of the former Courthouse (now a Coffee House called Petty Sessions);the date of 1943 above the entrance is likely to be the date of renovations made, as the alley seems much older; there is an unusual turn in the right hand side wall towards the back of the alley, which players used to their advantage.
on a previous occassion it was mentioned to A. Ryan that Poyntzpass had a timber alley.
